Alright friends, I’m going to shoot it to you straight. Mom life is so rewarding. It is the most life changing and humbling and comforting and lovely thing in the entire world. But, it is also so stinking hard. Its hard to keep your patience when something happens for the 50th time. It’s hard to feel comforted when you never get a hot second to yourself. It’s hard to feel like you matter when your meals and coffee are always cold. I mean remember the story of gold locks and the three little bears? She tried Mamas porridge but it was too cold. Never made sense as a kid. TOTALLY makes sense as a Mom. When mommin’ feels hard we can come up with ways to gain our center BEFORE we lose it. One way we can do this is through meditation.
