50 Fun Things for Summer!

 

    Summer is finally around the corner!!  Woot woot!  Which means longer days, more sunshine and LOTS of family fun time!  Summer is a great time for being outside for kids and parents alike!  Getting outside is so important for children. It helps build their immune system, provide exercise, use their imagination and get Vitamin D. Allowing children to get outside lets them run, jump, climb, yell and make a huge mess if they’d like.  They can just be kids! 

    We don’t want to you spend the summer with your kids telling you how “bored” they are while you are scrambling to think of something new and exciting to do with them.  We also don’t want you to spend a fortune on trips all summer. We DO want you to get out there and have the best summer ever!  We have compiled list of 50 fun things to do this summer that won't break the bank and are sure to help you create awesome memories with your family! Most of the activities we suggest are all about getting outside although we have included a few rainy day ideas as well.  Also don’t forget that fresh air can tire those little ones out so maybe they will let you sleep in.   3. Go camping (backyard camping)

  5. Go to the zoo
