Hello Mamas! If you live in the midwest you’ve probably heard of today’s warrior Mama. Actually, even if you don’t live in the midwest you probably know today’s guest. It’s Kristin from Iowa Girl Eats. As her name suggests, she is an Iowa native and feels strongly that Iowa is a wonderful place to raise a family. She is a stellar food blogger who sends out weekly recipes that have me yearning to get to my kitchen asap and whip it up. She gets millions of viewers to website each month and definitely is credible when it comes to blogging, taking pics and cooking up a great meal. In addition to keeping up with the blog, she is married to a guy named Ben and has two precious kiddos that keep her rolling! Kristin has a lot going for her! But, it wasn’t always easy street as she was hit with a life altering disease called Celiac Disease after the birth of her first baby in 2013. In this episode, we will dive into what life was like both before and after Celiac came into play, how this may have been a blessing in disguise and all kinds of good Mom stuff.

Put a few drops of food coloring into a muffin tin then adde a small spoonful of baking soda on top. Give your toddler an eye dropper and cup of distilled vinegar then let them go to town.
